Bhavish Aggarwal (born 28 August 1985) is an Indian entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of Ola Cabs, one of India’s largest ride-hailing platforms. Born in Ludhiana, Punjab, he graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay with a degree in computer science. After initially working at Microsoft Research, he decided to pursue entrepreneurship, driven by a desire to solve real-life mobility problems faced by millions of Indians.
In 2010, Bhavish co-founded Ola with Ankit Bhati, creating a platform that transformed India’s transportation landscape by offering affordable and accessible ride services across the country.
