Tanya Dubash (born 14 September 1968) is an Indian businesswoman and corporate leader, best known as the Executive Director and Chief Brand Officer of the Godrej Group, a major Indian conglomerate with interests spanning consumer goods, real estate, agriculture, and more. In this role, she leads the company’s brand and communications strategy, including the Godrej Masterbrand initiative.
She serves on the boards of Godrej Industries Limited, Godrej Consumer Products Limited, and Godrej Agrovet Limited, and has also held leadership roles in other companies and organizations. Additionally, she has been involved with educational and advisory bodies such as Brown University’s board and its India Advisory Council.
Tanya is the elder daughter of industrialist Adi Godrej, and under her leadership the Godrej brand has evolved to appeal to contemporary consumers while maintaining its legacy. She holds a degree AB cum laude in Economics & Political Science from Brown University and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
